Job Summary
Aesthetics Injector will be responsible for providing aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to, injections of neurotoxins and dermal fillers. The role involves assessing and consulting with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and providing expert care to achieve the desired results. The Nurse Practitioner will ensure all treatments are performed to the highest standards of care and safety, fostering a welcoming and professional environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform aesthetic procedures including injections of neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other related treatments in a safe and professional manner.
- Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs, evaluate their suitability for procedures, and provide personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all treatments and consultations to ensure continuity of care.
- Educate clients on pre and post-treatment care, managing expectations, and potential outcomes to ensure client satisfaction and safety.
- Stay updated with the latest aesthetic techniques, products, and industry trends to ensure the provision of cutting-edge services.
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements, ensuring all procedures and practices are in line with industry standards and state regulations.
- Collaborate with other medical and administrative staff to ensure a seamless client experience from consultation to follow-up.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously enhance skills and knowledge in aesthetic treatments.
- Maintain an organized and clean workspace, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and in proper working condition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Address and resolve client concerns and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Assist in inventory management, ensuring adequate supply of products and materials needed for treatments
Qualifications & Education Requirements:
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
- Certification in Aesthetic Procedures, with demonstrated experience in administering neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in aesthetic medicine or a related field.
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy, aesthetics, and the principles of cosmetic injectables.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and understand their aesthetic goals.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple clients and appointments effectively.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Commitment to continuing education and professional development in the field of aesthetics.
- Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other office software.
