Membership fees are non-refundable. Membership may be canceled any time after the first 60 days. Members must cancel prior to the 25th of the month to avoid an additional month’s membership fee. Included monthly services are transferrable and expire one-year from anniversary date. IV upgrades available at additional cost. Members may pause their membership once per year for up to three months. Members must pause their membership prior to the 25th of the month to avoid being charged the following month’s membership fee. Discounts on replenish life, restore beauty, and defy age services may not be combined with other offers. Discounted restore beauty services are not available at the Midtown Miami, Tampa and Grand Wailea locations.
