biography

Ira Berke currently serves as the President and Chief Strategy Officer of the biostation. He has spent his entire career leading and operating healthcare service companies. His background is comprised of corporate and entrepreneurial experiences rooted in strategic planning, customer service, and management. Throughout his career he has advised c-suites and physicians across myriad healthcare sectors on strategies to improve patient outcomes, increase revenue, and enhance patient and employee satisfaction.
Most recently, Ira co-founded CareCentric, a care management company focused on preventive care. Prior to CareCentric, he was a partner and served as the Chief Operating Officer of MedExpress Urgent Care. Prior to his time with MedExpress, Ira was a partner and the Chief Executive Officer for the Therapy Centers of Florida.
Ira began his professional career with Tenet Healthcare, where he developed and implemented outpatient rehabilitation and wellness programming throughout South Florida.
