Elaine Banks currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at the biostation. Prior to joining the biostation, she founded and served as the President of The Pearlmark Group, a privately held financial consulting company. The Pearlmark Group provided business advisory and virtual accounting services to small businesses and start-ups. Before her time at The Pearlmark Group, Elaine worked as the National Controller for the National Accounts Division of ADP, a business outsourcing solutions provider with a revenue of $14.6 billion.

In addition, Elaine has experience as the Vice President of Finance at The Rugby Group, Inc., which is now part of Sanofi US, a global NYSE pharmaceutical company with a revenue of $42.7 billion. Elaine obtained her BS degree from the University of Florida and her MBA from Georgia State University.
