Full-Time Health Operations Specialist (Corporate)

Are you someone who loves to live a healthy lifestyle? the biostation is a South Florida based functional medicine practice that is at the forefront of the anti-aging and wellness field. Our team is currently looking for a Health Operations Assistant. The Health Operations Assistant assists the processing department by ensuring the efficiency of all orders and other various company operations. This position involves meticulous attention to detail and data entry.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance to other related departments as required
• Collaborates cross-functionally with other departments
• Receive and process orders
• Handle order inquiries from Patient Advocates and compounding pharmacies
• Proactively communicate inquiries to the Director of Health Operations
• Assist with inventory by restocking shelves and providing inventory counts as needed
• Shipping products and logging tracking numbers into CRM for others to reference
• All other duties as assigned by the Manager of Health Operations

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must have meticulous attention to detail
• Must be enthusiastic and energetic
• Must be able to handle fast paced work environment
• Must be proficient with technology – including but not limited to computers and phones
• Must be a team player
• Must be able to multi task
• Must have strong communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with data entry
• Preferred experience with Outlook and Salesforce
